Edith Frost said...: I gave away a whole album's worth of demos, they're downloadable for free on my website, creative-commons licensed. There are other MP3s on my website too, and an MP3 from this album was given away on Drag City's site when the record came out. That album isn't completely mine to give, it belongs to me and the label and all the musicians, engineers, producer etc. If you wanna ask all their permissions to give the whole thing away for free, go ahead! You're not gonna get mine though, sorry. For people to give away my life's work in its entirety, for free... I don't even know why I'm trying, sometimes. Depressing.; 4 April 2009 at 20:04
